Scheme
The Local Development Scheme (LDS)
explains what documents will be included in the Local Development
Framework and how and when these documents will be
prepared.
It also specifies the milestones against which progress
will be measured. The Council intends to monitor the LDS and keep
it up to date. The latest revision to the LDS was agreed on in
November 2007.
