Information
The current turn around time for Full
Searches is, on average, 2 working days.

Please Note
- Official Searches can only be cancelled within 24 hours
of receipt. After this time the search cannot be withdrawn from the
system.
- Two plans are required for searches.
- Appropriate forms are required in duplicate.
- Cheques should be made payable to the London Borough of
Newham.
- Should your bank dishonour a cheque, you will be required
to submit a replacement payment within 7 days or we will issue an
invoice to collect the outstanding sum. We reserve the right to
insist on cash payment for all future Land Charges
