Local Land Charges

The Statutory Register

The statutory register includes Tree Preservation Orders, 106 Planning Agreements and Enforcement or Stop Notices for any breaches of Planning Control.
We cannot give any advice by telephone or in person, as advice can only be given by the Duty Planning Officer concerning the nature of any entries.

However, the Register is a public document, open for inspection between 0900-1700 Monday-Friday.

If a request for planning permission is made in writing, it should be addressed to Angela Clark or Karen Dennis in the Planning Administration team at a cost of £5 each and £10 for Section 106 Agreements or Tree Preservation Orders (TPO's) at the following address:

Regeneration & Development
Town Hall Annexe
330-354 Barking Road
London
E6 2RT

New Planning applications from 1 December 2005 onwards can be accessed from the web using the public access link. All previous decisions are held in paper format in the Local Land charges Office.
