North Woolwich Old Station Museum

The museum is great place to take the family with lots of hands on activities for youngsters.

Why not start by taking a wander through the booking hall, the waiting rooms and out onto the platform of this Victorian railway station. There you can see locomotives, carriages, models, railway memorabillia and a reconstructed 1920s ticket office.

During Newham's school holidays the museum is also open on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 1pm - 5pm.
