Youth Services

Newham Community Education and Youth Service is responsible for the provision of statutory youth services in Newham.

The service is delivered through a range of settings - youth centres, voluntary sector funded organisations and schools.

  • Two Connexion shops in Stratford & East Ham
  • Lead partner in 'V' volunteer projects,
  • Co-ordination of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme
  • Make'n'Tracks adventurous activities project
  • Co-ordination of the Youth Achievement Award Scheme
  • Delivery of Youth Support Work Training
  • Curriculum Lead on Arts, Sports & Citizenship
  • Peer Education & Peer Inspection Programmes
  • Fairplay House Outdoor Education Centre
  • U+ Positive Activities for Young People (PAYP)
  • Commisioning of Volutary Sector Partners
  • Service Newham Youth Providers Partnership
  • LGBTQ
