the provision of statutory youth services in Newham.

Fairplay Outdoor Education Centre is just what its title
suggests - it is a residential centre which is dedicated to
providing programmes of outdoor education and outdoor
pursuits.

Learning Community Team aim to raise expectation, motivation and
achievement amongst young people and adults by increasing their
participation in the learning process.

Newham Community Education, in partnership with Newham College
of Further Education provides part-time day and evening courses at
a wide variety of local centres across Newham recrruiting over
10,000 students each year. We provide learning opportunities for
all Newham residents in order to foster a culture of lifelong
learning across the generations.

Debden House Centre is Newham's residential adult education
centre located in Loughton, Essex.

Newham Community Education Service (Newceys) in partnership with
Newham College of Further Education, provides part-time day and
evening courses at a wide variety of local centres across Newham,
recruiting over 10,000 students each year. The service is also
responsible for Debden House Centre for Education and Training,
which has an extentive programme of day and weekend courses. For
