You can ask us to get rid of vehicles that
are a nuisance in your area.
It is an offence to leave unwanted vehicles on the street
and to have an untaxed vehicle on the road. People in Newham don't
have to tolerate either on their streets.
Car for sale?
You are not allowed to have a car for sale on the road in our
borough.
Call the Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour Service hotline on
0800 731 3300 to tell us about a nuisance vehicle
or you can let us know by filling out our
online form.
- The hotline is free and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week
- If you call us, you don't have to give us your name
- Everything you tell us will be confidential
- You can be sure we will take your call seriously
- We will take away any vehicle that has been abandoned, has no
tax or has a fake tax disc
- Vehicles can be crushed and owners can get a
fine
