Residents of a controlled parking zone can buy Resident Parking Permits.
Business parking permits are available to businesses based in a controlled parking zone that use their vehicle(s) for business purposes.
Disabled resident parking permits are available to disabled residents of a controlled parking zone who have a formalised disabled resident bay outside their home.
Carer parking permits are available to residents of a controlled parking zone who require home visits from a carer or a number of carers.
Resident access permits are available to residents who live in an area that has restricted access. They entitle the holder to drive in to the area while restrictions are in force.
Business access permits are available to businesses that are based in an area that has restricted access. They entitle the holder to drive in to the area while restrictions are in force.
Courtesy vehicle parking permits are available to holders of a resident parking permit, a business parking permit or a disabled resident parking permit. They are for use on a courtesy vehicle which the permit holder is using because their normal vehicle is unavailable.
Trade parking permits are available to tradespeople who are carrying out work at a location within a controlled parking zone.
Rathbone Market parking permits are available to residents of Thomas North Terrace, businesses based at 1 to 31 Rathbone Market and market traders of Rathbone Market.
Resident visitor parking permits are available to residents of a controlled parking zone for use by their visitors during controlled hours.
