| This approach has been established to ensure that the
Parks Service continues to play a key role in meeting corporate
priorities.
Each plan will look at the whole park - its history,
who uses it, where it is, what it already has and what is needed
for the future over a five-year time frame.
The plans will identify future development and where money should
be invested, as well as recommendations for improving the design,
refurbishment, maintenance and day-to-day management.
It is intended that officers, members, stakeholder
groups, park users and the general public will use this plan.
