Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)
We enforce parking controls in Newham with
a mixture of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs - also known as 'parking
fines') and vehicle removals. Parking regulations are designed to
allow Newham's residents to find parking near to their homes and
help local businesses by keeping traffic flowing as smoothly as
possible.
