Although the tunnels are completed and the
new Stratford International station is complete, there are still
some works to finalise.

The Channel Tunnel Rail Link Complaints Commissioner will give
advice on who to contact with complaints and will also investigate
problems where the developer has failed to act in response to a
complaint.

Public Protection officers visit the sites regularly to monitor
noises and dusts from the construction activities. Public
Protection is engaged in continual dialogue with the contractors
over the construction works and controls the noise and vibration
impact through the system of prior consents under Section 61 of the
Control of Pollution Act 1974.
