Scrutiny Commission
The Commission is looking at the provision
of public transport within Newham.
The Commission's work includes scrutiny of existing
provision, looking at how capacity will need to increase as the
borough develops, managing major infrastructure change and ensuring
accountability.
The focus is on ensuring that local people throughout Newham are
being well served by public transport and that their views and
needs are taken account of, as improvements to the system are
made.
