Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Adults

Most people lose their hearing gradually through age. Some people experience sudden or total hearing loss following an illness or accident. Some are born deaf or lose their hearing in infancy. They may use British Sign Language as their first language.

This section provides information for adults who are deaf, deafened or hard of hearing and explains where you can go for help.
