Other social services / council support

As part of the assessment, it may be identified that other support may be of benefit, such as additional care support or alternative equipment.
We may, with your approval, refer you to another team, or alternatively you may wish to make contact yourself via the contact centre or your local service centre.

You are entitled to receive correspondence in your own preferred format, for example: large print, audiotape, braille or computer disk / email. Please mention this to the department dealing with your enquiry.
