Review of Special Education Needs (SEN) Transport Services The London Borough of Newham commissioned Capita Strategic Education Services to undertake an overview review of SEN Transport Services. This report provides details of the investigation, its main findings and key recommendations. Fieldwork took place between June and July 2004.
