- Working in partnership with town centre businesses and property
owners, residents, local police, the council and other stakeholders
to encourage investment by actively
assisting businesses seeking commercial premises or helping
existing businesses to improve their current
premises.
- Promoting and marketing Newham's town centres as
places to work, visit and live
- Providing advice and support to local
businesses
- Supporting local job retention and
recruitment
- Working to improve security in town
centres
- Encouraging and assisting the physical regeneration
of the borough's own centres
- Facilitating environmental improvements, including
safer, greener town centres with improved access in and around town
centres.
