Traffic Controls
Each year, as part of the council's road
safety programme, the location of crashes throughout the borough
and complaints received are examined. Sites with high levels of
crashes resulting in personal injury and rat running problems are
identified for remedial action. Speed cameras, speed limits and
speed humps are among the techniques we use to promote road safety
in Newham.
