The Local Implementation Plan (LIP) is a statutory document that sets out a plan of how the borough proposes to implement the Mayor's Transport Strategy (MTS).
The delivery forms listed below outline what we intend to achieve for Newham's transport. They are also included in Chapter 5 of the adopted LIP Document.
