Unitary Development Plan

The 2001 Unitary Development Plan (UDP) is Newham's existing local development plan and one of several key strategies that will help us to achieve our vision.

The UDP is due to be superceded by the Local Development Framework (LDF) once the LDF is adopted and approved as Newham's development plan.

Some Policies and proposals now no longer form part of the 2001 UDP. The full list of deleted and saved Policies and proposals can be found in Unitary Development Plan Documents.
