How to become a
Newham's Volunteer
There are four easy steps to becoming a
volunteer on our programme.
- On your marks - Complete and return our registration
form.
- Get set - Come along to a Welcome Workshop session. It is
compulsory to attend a session before you can start volunteering on
our programme, however you can choose the date of the session that
best suits you.
- Get ready! Check your email and our Newsletter for
notifications on upcoming events or have a look at the online
calendar of events, choose the events you want to participate in
and then book on by contacting us on 020 8430 3598
or email
volunteers@newham.gov.uk
- Go! You are on your way to an event of your choice. You will be
notified of instructions, venue location and transportation by a
Volunteer Coordinator.
Get involved with fantastic events, gain new skills, meet new
people, achieve lifetime experiences and give something back to
your community.
