If elected, I'll set up crime helplines staffed by young volunteers, because crime is a big problem in Newham. My research shows that young people can be reluctant to report crime. They would prefer to report them to people their own age, so my policy would help. I feel passionately about patriotism and it upsets me when British people turn against one another. I will add to the Government's national efforts by introducing the national anthem into schools. This is one step on the long road to community cohesion. I will also hold fun events in parks to promote this.
