I believe I should be Newham's
Young Mayor because I am passionate about creating an enhanced
community, where we can feel a sense of security; I know together
we are the difference.
I strongly believe young people's voices are essential, as we are
going to be the next generation of economically active citizens in
our society. I want to tackle the stereotyped name we young
individuals are given, and instead be recognised as being a
generation that is raging with creativity, beaming with knowledge
and defined without limits.
I want us to embrace the diversity within our blood. We might try
to conceal our identities, with a mask of equations and formulas.
However, we all have a common denominator, but our numerator is
different, this marks our unity.
My strong persona allows me as an individual, to represent and
inspire the young people of Newham because I am an approachable
citizen, whom young people can interact easily with. I would take
any ideas into perspective and strive to achieve that particular
aspect for a greater community. Overall, I know that I will have a
definite change in our community. Just remember, we are the next
generation, we are the difference!
So vote for me and assure yourself that changes will
happen.
