As Mahatma Ghandi once famously
said, "You must be the change you wish to see in the
world."
For us youth to prosper we must work together and show the
behaviour and attitude we wish to see in others, to see real change
in our community.
I have grown up here and experienced life as a Newham teenager. I
am you. I know from first-hand experience the difficulties and
problems we face, I can be the voice of hundreds, if not thousands
but I need your vote. I can assure you right now, I am not
campaigning for personal achievements, and I truly believe with the
right leadership, change is possible.
What exactly will I do if I was elected? I can guarantee you now; I
will aim to tackle one of our biggest and on-going issues - 'Youth
crime'. I'll be honest, I may not resolve this problem, but I can
guarantee you I will give my upmost to combat this current issue. I
can't stress the importance of your vote; your future, your
borough, your vote.
