Newham Children's Parliament

Newham Children's Parliament (NCP) is run by all of us including YOU!

We come from Community Groups and School Councils from all over Newham.

We try to listen to everyone (even the quietest) to make Newham the best place to be.

We are all between 7 and 11 years old.

How can you join in?

1. Make sure your group or school sends some REPS to - the Quads - our local meetings. The Quads meet in October and February.
2. Come to the NCP Summer Congress
3. Enter the Annual NCP Awards:

5. Tell us what you REALLY think about something when we send you questionnaires

Each year we choose our Cabinet

The Cabinet decides what the NCP will do this year. In 2008 we chose Going Green and Stopping Bullying

We listen to all your ideas and tell the Young Mayor, Mayor and other adults what you want
