How to become a Newham
volunteer
There are four easy steps to
becoming a volunteer on our programme.
- On your marks - Complete our
online Newham Volunteer registration
form.
- Get set - Come along to a Welcome Workshop
session. It is compulsory to attend a session before you can start
volunteering on our programme, however you can choose the date of
the session that best suits you.
- Get ready! Check your email and our Newsletter
for notifications on upcoming events and choose the events you want
to participate in and then book on by contacting us on 020
8430 2000 or emailing
volunteers@newham.gov.uk
- Go! You are on your way to an event of your
choice. You will be notified of instructions, venue location and
transportation by a Volunteer Coordinator.
Get involved with fantastic events, gain new skills, meet new
people, achieve lifetime experiences and give something back to
your community.
