Complaints not dealt with by the Corporate Complaints Team

• Complaints about social care services
• Parking fine appeals (penalty charge notices)
• Housing benefit appeals
• Council tax and valuation band appeals
• Planning application appeals
• Petitions
• Matters subject to legal proceedings
• Insurance claims
