Definition of
terms
Below we define the meaning of a
complaint, a service request, a compliment and a
comment:
- Complaint - an expression of
dissatisfaction that requires a response
- Service request - an issue that has not been
raised with the Council previously - e.g. a report of an incident
of flytipping
- Compliment - an expression of
satisfaction
- Comment - feedback about the Council's
services that doesn't require a response
