about fraud?
Our employees are now given fraud
awareness training as staff are the first line of defence against
fraud.
As a result, you may have noticed more rigorous document
checks at
Local Service Centres for example.
Anti-fraud policies, are available to the public on this site,
including the Fraud Policy Statement, Fraud Response Plan and the
Fraud Prosecution Policy.
