Plan
The Forward Plan is a statutory document which
sets out key decisions that the Executive (which includes the
Mayor, the Cabinet, individual members of the Cabinet, or joint
arrangements) intends to take over the following four months,
together with Officer Key Decisions.
It is updated and published every month.
A 'Key Decision' is defined as a decision which is to be taken by
the Executive which is likely to:
- Result in the Council spending or saving in excess of
£500,000 and/or
- Will have a significant effect on two or more wards in the
Borough.

To find out more about a particular decision listed in the Forward
