Gambling Licensing Policy 2010

The council is responsible for issuing licences, permits and other authorisations for premises used for betting, gaming and other forms of gambling.

We are required under law to have a Gambling Licensing Policy setting out how we will deal with these appications. On 23 December 2009 we issued a new Policy which comes into effect on 31 January 2010.
