Premises Licence (Licensing Act 2003)

For premises that provide alcohol, regulated entertainment or hot food and/or drink sold between 11pm and 5am.

We would also strongly recommend that you read the following documents prior to completing the forms:

• Newham Council's Licensing Policy
• DCMS 'Guidance issued under section 182 of the Licensing Act 2003', which is available on the Department for Culture, Media and Sport website.

Please note that the council will require two copies of the plans of the premises (scale of 1:100) to be submitted with the application.
