paid-bag service
Newham Council provides a pre-paid
bag collection service for businesses to dispose of their waste.
This service suits businesses that have no room to store a bin,
that produce varying amounts of waste or that need waste collected
a number of times a week.
Bags are available in batches of 52 at a
price of £100 per batch. These are strong, branded waste bags with
a capacity of 80 litres. For every purchase we provide a one year
Waste Transfer Note (Duty of Care) at no extra cost. You can order
more bags when you need them by calling our contact centre, and
your bags will be delivered within five working days of
payment.
Using this system you only pay for the quantity waste you produce,
making it excellent value for money.
Newham Council charges 0% VAT and there are no additional
charges.

Existing customers wishing to purchase more bags should call the
contact centre on 020 8430 2000 and press option 3, then option 9,
to be taken directly to a Customer Service Officer who will take
the order.
