refuse
Once a week we will take away your
household refuse. It is an offence and a possible health risk to
leave your rubbish out on the pavement at any other
time.
On the appropriate day, this should be left in a proper
container for collection. At all other times it should be properly
stored on your premises.

Please call 020 8430 2000 to report any of the
issues below:
- If you don't have a refuse container or the space to store it
prior to collection
- If you are a disabled person or it is a problem for you to move
your container to a suitable collection, we will make arrangements
to assist you.
- If you have large or bulky items which will not fit into your
refuse container e.g. old beds, sofas, fridges etc, we will remove
them from your house free of charge. Please note this does not
include garden waste or building materials.
- If you know of material regularly being left in the street days
prior to collection.
