Overhanging trees and
bushes - what we can do
Not everyone is a keen gardener,
but although untidy gardens may look unsightly, it is mainly up to
individual preferences as to how well they are maintained. However,
if trees and hedges are allowed to get out of hand, we may take
action.
Apart from overhanging trees and hedges being untidy,
uncut hedges can also be dangerous to pedestrians with poor
eyesight or parents with push chairs that have to walk in the
street to pass.
We will take action against property owners in such circumstances.
