services
Rat infestations in all domestic
premises are treated as a high priority free service. For calls
received by our office before 2pm, an appointment will be offered
for an officer to attend the next working day.
Mice and most insect pests in
Newham Housing
Services properties will be treated under their Service Level
Agreement. Tenants should contact the Pest
Control Service directly for an appointment.
The service is also available to private landlords,
owner occupiers and private tenants subject to a
scale of charges (Excel doc.). For further details and to book
an appointment please

Service.
If you are unsure of the pest affecting your property, there is a
free identification service available. Samples (in see-through
containers) should be taken to the address below. Once identified,
Pest Control staff will contact you and advise you on how the
problem can be treated.
