London City Airport appeal public inquiry is now closed

14 April 2016 in Environment and Regeneration
The Public Inquiry held to consider the appeal made by London City Airport against the Mayor of London’s direction to refuse planning permission for the upgrade of the airport has closed.
The Public Inquiry ran from 15 March until 5 April.
The Inspector will now write his report for consideration by two Secretaries of State (Transport and Communities and Local Government). We anticipate that the Secretaries of State will issue their decision later this year.
