Clubs for children and young people with more complex SEND

Please remember that all HAF clubs have places for children with SEND.  For children with less severe needs please look though the clubs listed under the primary or secondary school age directory.

The following holiday clubs are very experienced in providing activities and support for children with significant / complex SEND. 

Ambition Aspire Achieve – Aspire to Learn
A safe, fun environment where children and young people can make new friendships and take part in new activities and experiences. Activities include games, arts & crafts, sports and fitness, cooking, mindfulness, creative tech workshops, day trips, music, group challenges and much more!
This provision suitable only for children and young people who can work in a small group. There will be one staff member to four children / young people.

Resources for Autism – RFA HAF Play Scheme
Fun activities to suit the needs and interest of each child including drama, talent shows, creative play, art and sensory activities, cooking, sports, music, games and outings.
This provision is suitable for children / young people who require one to one support.

SportWorks
A wide range of sporting activities and games to promote health and wellbeing.  All activities are provided on site. Some of the sports on offer are football, basketball, cricket, rounders, tennis and dodgeball.  Children and young people will also play a range of school yard activities such as ‘British Bulldog’, ‘Mr Wolf’, ‘Floor is Lava’, ‘Stuck in the Mud’, ‘Freeze Tag’, ‘Simon Says’ and many more! 
This provision suitable only for children and young people who can work in a small group. There will be one staff member to four children / young people. A member of staff will also be available each day to handle personal care.
