We are working hard to ensure that vital services are maintained and that our most vulnerable residents are protected. However due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19, and the resulting pressure on staff, we have no option but to restrict and amend the provision of some services.
Service updates
Status correct at 5.37pm Thursday 28 January 2021.
As you will appreciate the Council has been affected by loss of staff because of the Coronavirus and so we are focusing our resources on the most urgent and priority services. This is the current status of some of our most popular/highly used services and we will update this on a regular basis. Things are changing rapidly and we thank you for your patience.
To make this as clear as possible, we have rated these Red, Amber or Green, like traffic lights:
- Green – Service is operating normally
- Amber – Some reduction in service, or service is being delivered differently eg over the telephone instead of face to face
- Red – Service is closed
