Keeping fit during the coronavirus pandemic is really important for your physical and mental wellbeing.
We have some advice from the NHS and activeNewham to help you with keeping active at home including fun activities for kids, home workouts, seated workouts and exercises to help balance, strength and flexibility.

National resources to aid physical health
Sport England's Join the Movement campaign is designed to provide inspiration and trusted information to the public about how to get active in and around the home during the coronavirus pandemic. You can use the hashtag #StayInWorkOut on social media.
10 today provides 10 minute videos of physical activity for older people which are available online. Podcasts are also available on BBC radio 5 or BBC Sound.
Nike Training Club offers access to 4-6 week training club and over 190 free workouts.
The Body Coach Joe Wicks has free live workouts available Monday to Friday between 9am-9.30am.
