  • Supporting people to make their own decisions.

There are opportunities throughout the course to reflect on aspects of the Mental Capacity Act and its practice.

This e-learning is a statutory requirement for all Assessment & Care Management staff working in the London Borough of Newham.

The course is for everyone who looks after or cares for someone, this includes:

  • Family members
  • Doctors
  • Nurses
  • Care assistants.
