Parking permits

Change of details

If you have a change of details (change of vehicle or address) you must email [email protected] as soon as possible with a copy of the log book at your current address. Failure to do so may risk a penalty notice on your vehicle.

The vehicle for which a parking permit is being applied for must not exceed 2.3 metres in height and/or 5.3 metres in length.

Once your documents are received the Parking Team will review your information, process your application and send your amended parking permit by post.

If you have already applied for your parking permit and it has been approved and you receive a penalty charge notice whilst waiting for your permit to arrive in the post then please email [email protected] with your permit reference number (this will start with ENQ) and the PCN number of your fine.

We will review if the fine was issued correctly or not and advise if you are still required to pay it or submit an appeal against it.
