Work is underway to erect quality high rise, mixed use buildings for an area which is seeing on-going regeneration. The proposal will re-establish Silvertown Way as an active street with excellent transportation links via DLR or Tube into the City and beyond.
Substructure and drainage checks have been completed satisfactorily as of Spring 2019, and now works to inspect the superstructure are underway with Newham Building Control surveyors /engineers making routine inspections and working closely with the developers. Mariza Graham, Yaseen and Arshad routinely attend site and client design meetings to ensure the smooth running of this prestigious project.
