Results of Newham Council and Generation Rent Private Tenant Survey
The London Borough of Newham, in partnership with Generation Rent, ran a survey between 10 May 2021 and 9 June 2021 to gather evidence on the experiences of tenants within the Private Rental Sector in Newham. The survey received a total of 170 responses.
In response to the findings, Newham Council is conducting a dedicated programme of further research and engagement with private renters in the borough. All private renters were encouraged to sign up for the project, which will began with dedicated focus groups in the week commencing 18 October 2021.
