Ways to get help
We've made our website easier to use and there are now lots of things you can do for yourself online. So you may not need to contact us, but if you do, that's fine. We're happy to help. Contact details can be found on our contact details and open hours page.
Do it online
You can report a problem, request a service or make a payment through our website at a time that suits you through your My Newham account.
For some online services you will be asked to login to My Newham.
- Registration is easy and takes minutes – all you need to get started is an email address. As well as access to a range of services, My Newham keeps a track of the enquiries you have made – and their progress.
- You can also check balances and statements, find out when applications will be dealt with and log in without having to re-enter your reference number each time.
