If you have a problem with goods or services you have bought and you can’t resolve it directly with the seller, Citizens Advice provides free, impartial advice on consumer issues, including:

  • Problems and disagreements with suppliers of goods or services you have bought
  • Understanding your rights as consumers
  • Identifying scams and reporting them
  • Finding reputable trader.
