Health & Wellbeing Support Roles Survey

At the London Borough of Newham, we are committed to putting people at the heart of everything we do. Therefore, we want to hear from you about your experience of the health and wellbeing support roles available in Newham. This is so that we can design the service to meet your expectations and prioritise the changes we make.

We decided to use the term 'health and wellbeing support role' for this project as there are several roles that we are interested in hearing your thoughts about - social prescribers; community neighbourhood link workers; care navigators; care coordinators, community connectors; and health & wellbeing coaches. You can find out more about each of these roles on the next page.

We want to hear from a range of people who experience and work with the health and wellbeing support roles listed above – residents and carers, people in the health and wellbeing support roles, health and care staff, council staff, and the voluntary, community and faith sector staff or representatives.

We want to hear from you if you have experience of these health and wellbeing support roles and also if you haven’t got any experience of these roles.

The surveys for this project are now closed but you can still take part in one of our focus groups or 1:1 interviews taking place during September.

If you could like to take part in an upcoming focus group or 1:1 interview, please email Sophie.ibotson@newham.gov.uk

You can request a translated, audio, braille or large print copy of the resident survey by calling 0800 952 0119 and quoting ‘1802549’

Newham library staff are able to help residents access the survey online and provide printed copies.

Residents can click here to download a printable copy of the survey. This includes instructions for how to access a translated version.

Printed copies can be returned by email or whatsapp (details at the end of the survey) or dropped off at a Newham library.
