How to sign up for a Newham Housing Online Account
Step 1
- To sign up, click on the "Sign up" button on the Newham Housing Online Account page.
- Enter a valid email address and create a password that matches the criteria. Click Next to continue.
- You will receive an email with a validation link.
- Click on the link in the validation email.
Please note that the validation link will only be valid for an hour. If the link expires you will need to start the sign up process again.
Step 2
- To complete registration, provide your details on the Register details page.
- To do this please select Payment Reference Number from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your Payment Reference number that can be found on any recent letter from the Housing Department.
Now under Personal details, enter your name and date of birth.
- Please note that your name should match our records, so it should be exactly as it appears on any recent letter from the Housing Department, including any middle names.
- Remember to leave a space between names in the First Names(s) field.
- Do not leave any spaces before you start a word or after you finished one when entering your details as this can prevent verification of the information you have entered on the page.
- You can also add your National Insurance Number in the form but it is not mandatory, this will help us match your details with our records faster.
- Add your memorable word.
- To complete registration you will need to agree to our Terms and Conditions. Click Finish to complete the registration.
If you have entered all your details correct your registration will be automatic.
