Newham Council’s Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer have published the advice notes provided to all Members, to clarify the position the Council is taking regarding the judicial review application brought against the Council.
The Chief Executive, Althea Loderick, has decided to take this step to counter some inaccurate social media commentary about the status of the application. She said: “It is important for Newham residents to have a factual understanding of the current position, hence we are publishing these advice notes to aid full transparency.”
