All schools are required by law to have complaints procedure.
The governing body of each school is responsible for developing their own so they may all be slightly different. However they will be similar to the Department for Education’s model published policy below.
The London Borough of Newham has no role in, or responsibility for investigating complaints about any schools in the borough.
