Newham Council is warning residents and businesses that a batch of a branded tattoo ink should not be used after links to cancer were uncovered.
A batch of “Eternal Ink; Solid Gold” permanent colouring has been subject to an EU-wide alert after its links to cancer were discovered. The council is now contacting all tattoo businesses in the borough to warn them not to use the batch marked Batch Number E-204 MFG. Date 10.2018 Use by: 20.2021
